Results Summary Sheet

Please use this Results Summary Sheet template for modules at Levels 1 to 3.  This sheet, once completed, should be placed in the Assessor Pack. 

Please note that for modules at Levels 4 to 6, these Results Summary Sheets are not required – as the Excel Marking Sheets (for hard-copy portfolios at Levels 4 to 6) or the Grader Report (for modules on Moodle) will be required instead.
