We were delighted to see Louise Carter\u2019s story featured in last week\u2019s Irish Farmers Journal, \u201cA shift towards off-farm employment<\/a>\u201d.<\/p>\n

Louise completed the Artificial Insemination (AI) and Bovine Ultrasound Scanning courses through LOETB. These specialist programmes gave her the practical skills and recognised certification needed to expand her employment options within the agri sector.<\/p>\n

A key factor in Louise\u2019s decision to enrol in these part-time courses was the fact that they were fully funded. Removing financial barriers made it possible for her to invest in her future without placing additional pressure on the family.<\/p>\n

Since completing her training, Louise has opened new doors for herself professionally. She is now focused on growing her own agri-business and expanding the range of services she can offer to farmers in the years ahead.<\/p>\n
