This course is aimed at learners who are new to using computers, smartphones and tablets and who want to use the internet to find information or services of interest.

On course completion, learners should be able to:

• Use a PC, smartphone or tablet with greater confidence
• Send and receive emails
• Shop online
• Perform internet searches
• Understand what apps and services are and how to use them
• Stay safe online

Individuals must be working full time, part time or self-employed.
