Testimonials:
Leading remote teams was great course because it not only focused on remote working, but also on communication, lean and agile management, motivation, collaborative tools and techniques. I was impressed by the depth and breadth of this course and took way loads of new ideas, concepts and tools to become a more effective manager, who is not afraid to be vulnerable, who takes risks and leads rather than manages."
